Programme Overview
FCMB is inviting ambitious and forward-thinking graduates to participate in its 2025 Graduate Trainee Sales Programme. The programme is designed to attract, nurture, and develop young talents with interest in a career in banking sales and customer-facing roles.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) or HND in any discipline
- Achieve at least Second Class Lower (or Upper Credit for HND)
- Must have completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption certificate
- Prior sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
Selection Process
