Programme Overview
The Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured 12-month development initiative aimed at preparing young graduates for leadership and professional roles. It combines:
- 1-month induction (onboarding to company culture, safety, operations)
- 4-month rotation across functions like Manufacturing, Commercial, logistics, and Procurement
- 7-month specialization in a chosen function with real project responsibilities
- Mentorship and learning in a multinational work environment
Requirements / Eligibility
- Graduated no later than January 2023
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (or equivalent) degree in disciplines like Chemical, electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Business Management; Accounting; Finance; and related fields
- 0-2 years work experience (exposure to plant/manufacturing environment is an advantage)
- Comfortable with digital tools, data analysis, remote collaboration
- Participation in student organizations, internships, or volunteer activities is a plus
