About the Programme
The Entry-Level Development Programme (ELDP) is a structured initiative by Ecobank Nigeria aimed at grooming fresh graduates into banking professionals. Participants will undergo rigorous training, mentoring, and rotational assignments across key departments, preparing them for leadership roles in the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized university
- Completed NYSC
- At least five credits in SSCE (or equivalent), including Math and English
- Strong academic record and leadership potential
