Programme Overview
The “Trailblazers 4.0” Management Trainee Programme is designed for recent graduates to build a fast-track career with Reckitt. Participants will go through job rotations across the commercial and supply functions, work on real projects, and be mentored by senior leaders to prepare them for leadership roles.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Recent graduate between 2022 – 2024
- Any degree discipline accepted
- Minimum of Upper Second Class Honours (2:1)
- Must complete NYSC by December 2025
